Custom Apparel Manufacturing | Bulk Orders | Private Label | Worldwide Shipping
Shipping & Returns
Zaid Groups provides international shipping for B2B custom apparel, sample development, private-label projects, and quantity production orders.
Production, shipping, delivery, and claim conditions may vary according to the product, order quantity, customization requirements, shipment size, destination, and terms confirmed in the project quotation.
Production Lead Times
Sample and small development orders are typically produced within 2–4 business days after final design or mock-up approval.
The exact production time may vary according to the product, material, construction, and customization requirements.
Bulk production lead times are confirmed separately according to the product type, specifications, customization requirements, and order quantity.
Production begins after the required product specifications, design details, and commercial terms have been approved.
Changes requested after approval may affect the production schedule and may result in additional production, material, or customization costs.
Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping time begins after production has been completed and the shipment has been dispatched.
Production lead time and courier transit time are separate.
Urgent project requirements should be discussed before order confirmation. Expedited production or shipping availability cannot be assumed and must be confirmed for the individual project.
Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped through DHL, UPS, or another suitable international courier or logistics provider.
The selected shipping service depends on the destination, product type, shipment size, order quantity, and available courier arrangements.
Shipping costs and delivery arrangements are reviewed according to the project requirements and confirmed with the quotation or order confirmation.
Tracking information is provided when available from the selected courier or logistics provider.
Import Duties & Taxes Prepaid
For supported shipments to European Union countries, the United States, Australia, and Canada, Zaid Groups arranges shipping with applicable import duties and import taxes prepaid by the shipper, as confirmed in the project quotation.
Where a duties-and-taxes-prepaid shipping arrangement is confirmed, the applicable import duties and import taxes covered by that arrangement are handled through the selected courier or logistics process and should not normally be collected from the buyer again at delivery.
Courier services can bill import duties and taxes to the shipper instead of the receiver under shipper-paid arrangements.
The exact duty and tax arrangement is confirmed according to the destination, shipment value, product, shipment size, and available courier service.
Supported Destinations
Our duties-and-taxes-prepaid shipping arrangement is available for supported shipments to:
- European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden)
- United States
- Australia
- Canada
For destinations outside these regions, applicable import duties, taxes, customs procedures, and clearance arrangements are reviewed separately before the order is finalized.
Unexpected Customs Payment Requests
Where the project quotation confirms that applicable import duties and import taxes are prepaid by Zaid Groups, the buyer should not normally be required to pay those covered import charges again at delivery.
If a courier or customs authority requests an unexpected import duty or import tax payment, please contact Zaid Groups before making the payment where practical.
Our team will review the available shipment and courier information.
Zaid Groups cannot reimburse an unexpected customs, courier, or third-party payment automatically without first reviewing the charge and the confirmed shipping arrangement.
Additional Destination Charges
A duties-and-taxes-prepaid shipping arrangement applies to the import duties and import taxes specifically covered by the confirmed shipping service.
Additional charges resulting from circumstances outside the agreed shipping arrangement may not be included.
These may include:
- Incorrect or incomplete buyer information
- Address corrections
- Storage caused by delayed recipient action
- Repeated or failed delivery attempts
- Shipment redirection requested by the buyer
- Special permits or licenses
- Product-specific regulatory inspections
- Charges caused by inaccurate buyer-provided import information
- Other exceptional destination-specific requirements
Where possible, any known special shipping requirements will be discussed before order confirmation.
Bulk Order Shipping
Bulk production orders may require different packaging, courier, freight, or logistics arrangements depending on the total quantity, weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping arrangements for bulk orders are reviewed separately.
The applicable shipping cost, delivery method, duty and tax arrangement, and estimated transit time are confirmed according to the individual project.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside the direct control of Zaid Groups.
These may include:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Courier or logistics delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote-area delivery conditions
- Weather or transport disruptions
- Local public holidays
- Government or regulatory procedures
- Exceptional security or international transport restrictions
Zaid Groups will provide available shipment and tracking information and will assist with reasonable courier-related communication when necessary.
Courier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly confirmed in writing.
Delivery Address & Contact Information
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
This should include:
- Recipient or company name
- Complete street address
- City
- State, province, or region where applicable
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Contact telephone number
- Any required company or import information
Buyers should review their delivery details before shipment dispatch.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, redirected, or subject to additional charges because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, additional shipping, handling, or redelivery costs may apply.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Zaid Groups manufactures products according to approved B2B project specifications.
Custom products may include client-selected:
- Product designs
- Colors
- Materials
- Logos
- Names and numbers
- Embroidery
- Printing
- Sublimation
- Patches
- Private labels
- Sizing
- Hang tags
- Packaging
Because custom and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically according to approved project requirements, they are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges after production according to the approved specifications.
A change of preference after production, an incorrect size selected by the buyer, or dissatisfaction with an approved customization detail does not automatically qualify the product for return or replacement.
This does not affect any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Samples
Samples are manufactured to allow a business client to evaluate product design, construction, material, branding, fit, or manufacturing quality before quantity production.
A sample may be used as a production reference after approval.
Where bulk production is approved based on a sample, mock-up, or confirmed specification, the buyer should review the relevant details carefully before authorizing quantity production.
Changes requested after sample or design approval should be communicated before bulk production begins.
Size & Measurement Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the applicable size information and providing accurate size selections or measurements.
Where custom measurements are supplied by the buyer, production will be based on the approved measurement information.
A product is not considered incorrectly manufactured solely because the buyer selected an incorrect size or supplied an inaccurate measurement.
Businesses ordering mixed sizes for teams, staff, clubs, or other groups are responsible for reviewing and confirming the final size allocation before production.
If there is uncertainty regarding sizing, the buyer should discuss the requirements with Zaid Groups before final production approval.
Reasonable Manufacturing Variations
Custom apparel manufacturing may involve reasonable variations between individual products or production batches.
Minor variations may occur in:
- Color appearance
- Leather grain or natural leather texture
- Material texture
- Print positioning
- Embroidery positioning
- Stitching
- Patch placement
- Measurement tolerances
- Hardware appearance
- Material batches
Photography, lighting, monitor settings, and screen displays may also affect the visual appearance of product colors.
Products are manufactured according to the approved specifications, reference, sample, mock-up, and agreed project requirements.
Minor production variations that do not materially affect the approved product specifications are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Non-Conforming Products
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, has a quantity shortage, or materially differs from the approved project specifications, please contact Zaid Groups promptly.
We recommend reporting the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery so that the matter can be reviewed efficiently.
Please provide:
- Quotation, invoice, or project reference
- Clear photographs of the affected product
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant
- A clear description of the issue
- Quantity of affected products
- Any relevant size or measurement information
- Any other supporting evidence reasonably requested for review
For quantity orders, please identify the specific affected items rather than reporting the complete order as defective where only individual products are affected.
Do not return products without first contacting Zaid Groups and receiving return instructions.
Claim Review
Each claim is reviewed according to the available project records.
These may include:
- Approved product specifications
- Design or mock-up approval
- Sample approval
- Buyer-provided measurements
- Confirmed size selections
- Branding instructions
- Written project communication
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Courier information
Depending on the nature and extent of a verified issue, an appropriate resolution may include:
- Product correction
- Replacement of verified affected products
- Partial commercial adjustment
- Another mutually agreed B2B solution
The appropriate resolution depends on the verified issue, affected quantity, project specifications, and agreed commercial terms.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a full refund or complete order replacement.
Returns
Returns must not be sent without prior written authorization from Zaid Groups.
Where a return is approved, Zaid Groups will provide the applicable return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
The responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and the outcome of the claim review.
Where a verified manufacturing error is attributable to Zaid Groups, the appropriate corrective arrangement will be discussed with the buyer.
Where the issue results from incorrect buyer-provided information, an unapproved return, incorrect sizing selection, inaccurate measurements, or a change of preference, return and replacement costs may remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Changes
Any requested change to the product design, colors, branding, sizing, materials, labels, packaging, or other manufacturing specifications should be communicated before final approval.
Once production has started, requested changes may not be possible.
Where a change can still be made, additional material, customization, labor, or production costs may apply.
Changes may also affect the agreed production timeline.
Order Cancellation
Custom manufacturing projects involve material preparation, design development, customization, and production planning.
Cancellation may not be possible once materials have been prepared, customized components have been produced, branding work has started, or manufacturing has begun.
Any cancellation request should be communicated as early as possible.
The amount eligible for cancellation, adjustment, or refund, if any, will depend on the stage of the project and the costs already incurred.
